Human Resources Business Partner

HRLife are excited to be working with a customer centric business to recruit a commercial HRBP for a 12-month maternity cover FTC to start in February on either a 4 or 5 day working basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with an amazing MD who is passionate, forward thinking and a real people person and join an established HR team that is positive and well respected.

Supporting the MD and their leadership team, you will be great at building relationships, influencing and helping make great people decisions. You’ll come from a broad generalist background with a nice mix of project exposure and both strategic and operational experience.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Working closely with managers and employees to further enhance and build on an already positive and enviable place to work – looking at company values, engagement, culture, benefits etc.
• Managing the Health and wellbeing offering ensuring programs and initiatives are tailored and current
• Leading on building and embedding great leadership development material
• Working with the CoE’s to drive fresh talent, reward and L&D conversations, coming up with new ideas and ways of working
• Partnering with the talent team to drive the on-boarding and attraction experiences allowing more diverse talent to thrive and bring a new lens to the culture
• Coaching and providing day to day support to the HR Advisor
• Supporting with contract harmonisations
• Providing proactive coaching to managers on ER issues – ensuring solutions are found that are perhaps a bit different, creative and not necessarily traditional HR!
• Owning the facilities for the office – ensuring a great office environment is maintained and overseeing any 3rd party suppliers

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is light touch, engaging, pragmatic, commercial and has a real flair for making a positive impact. You will be a sounding board with the leadership team when it comes to people, be it through coaching or providing practical advice.

2 days a week in the office and 2-3 at home with some flexibility around this. Essential you are a car driver.

• Salary 55-60k plus great benefits package.
