Target Candidates
1) University majors in operations, human resource management, communications or similar
2) Position is seasonal internship only
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Human Resources data collection and analysis
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Review existing training tools and provide suggestions to management
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing
- Handle various Human Resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and policy enforcement
- Support project management initiatives related to HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with organization design and restructuring efforts
Experience:
- Strong interest of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: From £5.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
