Requirements
• Degree and/or Chartered Membership of CIPD• 5+ years experience at HR Officer level or above• Strong HR Generalist experience• Review people management practices, policies, and procedures• Support managers and supervisors in HR activities• Manage and maintain HR systems and records• Provide job cover for weekly payroll processing• Ability to enhance selection criteria at short listing stage if necessary
