- Manage the recruitment processes, contracting, on-boarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, bench marking of compensation and benefits, talent mapping and succession planning, HR Management reporting, as well as financial planning of the department.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Accountability for the performance of the HR function and all direct reports
- Acting as leadership partner consulting on people strategy, career path and corresponding organisational design and change
- Leading the analysis and delivery of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating an engaged culture
- Reviewing any general affairs including office management, payroll and company events
- Keeping up to date and advise on Employment Law as required
- Acting as the owner of the company’s culture
- Managing the start-to-end process of work permit applications and where appropriate liaising with the corresponding immigration authorities
- Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
- Stay informed of trends and innovative techniques to be competitive and creative with HR practices
- Support the development, implementation and management of all Hr strategy, policies, practices and processes to meet the company strategy; Developing company well being and health policies; Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- HR related administrative tasks and data entry
