HVAC Engineer
A large EV Automotive client is currently going through an extensive growth period, strengthening and building their R&D team for several exciting Automotive projects.
Responsible for the design and development of driveline systems for commercial vehicle applications.
- Research and develop heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial vehicle applications.
- Contribute to the design, application and integration of HVAC systems into vehicles from concept to production release.
- Support engineering tasks for new and existing products.
- Provide technical guidance for other engineering and manufacturing business functions.
- Support engineering calculations and simulations for the design and validation of HVAC systems.
- Partaking in supplier liaison activities for engineering and manufacturing definition.
- Contribute to the delivery of HVAC projects to meet program targets of quality, function, cost, weight, and time.
Essential Requirements:
-Degree-level education in an engineering field, e.g. Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years+ post-graduate experience in commercial or passenger vehicle HVAC engineering.
- CAD experience in 3D and drawing creation and modification (Solidworks, Catia Preferred).
