Responsibilities:
* Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and minor reactive maintenance on HVAC/AC systems
* Work within the unique environment of a shopping centre
* Adhere to safety standards and regulations
* Participate in a 1 in 3 call-out rotation
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the shopping centre's climate control systems
Requirements:
* Qualified HVAC/AC Engineer with relevant certifications
* Proven experience in PPM and minor reactive maintenance
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to participate in a 1 in 3 call-out schedule
