- Overtime: Available at 1.5x Mon-Sat, Double time Sunday/Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:
- Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and minor reactive maintenance on HVAC/AC systems
- Work within the unique environment of a shopping centre
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations
- Participate in a 1 in 3 call-out rotation
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the shopping centre's climate control systems
Requirements:
- Qualified HVAC/AC Engineer with relevant certifications
- Proven experience in PPM and minor reactive maintenance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to participate in a 1 in 3 call-out schedule
