We have been delivering our services for over 25 years specialising in the FM industry across the South East.
We work with a wide range of clients which vary from Leisure Centres, Healthcare, Education and Offices Buildings.

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Estimator to be based from our Essex office as well as out in the field when required to travel to sites .
You will play a crucial role in our project development and bidding process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for air conditioning, gas, ventilation, and plumbing projects.
The Senior Mechanical Estimator will collaborate closely with the project management and sales teams to ensure the successful acquisition of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed scope of works for commercial, light commercial and domestic contracts


• Estimating project values between £2K - £1M


• Finalising smaller works quotations with the help desk


• Evaluate specification and determine labour, materials and equipment requirements.


• Prepare & present estimates to clients ensuring clear communication.


• Collaborate with Divisional Management, Engineers, and suppliers.


• Continuously update and refine costs database and estimate template.

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Industry qualifications


• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.


• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
