Corps Security is currently recruiting for a SIA Licenced Hybridge Front of House Security Officer to be based at one of our prestigious client's premises.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front of House Security Officer/Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent customer service skills, and IT knowledge. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, providing exceptional customer service to staff and guests, and assisting with IT support when needed.

Role requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence.
• Intermediate level PC Skills ( MS Office)
• 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards - BS7858

Duties include:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the building
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents
• Handle inquiries and complaints from staff, resolving issues in an efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure a cohesive and effective security programme
