Our client is a top regional firm full-service law firm. The firm’s Industrial Disease department is one of the largest teams of 35 including 2 Partners and other experienced fee earners.
This firm is currently seeking an experienced Solicitors with 2 – 4 years’ PQE - to join the expanding team.
Ideally you will have a track record of specialising in claimant Industrial Disease matters specifically asbestos related diseases or other fatal cases.
You will manage your own caseload dealing with a range of claimant Industrial Disease matters in a specialist department.
The work will be exclusively multi-track including cases arising from mesothelioma, asbestosis, pleural plaques, dermatitis, industrial asthma and other occupational disease matters.
You must have very strong litigation experience but most importantly you must have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to do specialist Industrial Disease work.
