Locum Planning Lawyer
Remote or Hybrid Working

Our Local Authority client is looking to recruit an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
You will be joining an established legal team and work alongside a number of other Planning Lawyers in the team.
Duties will include:
- Managing a predominately planning law caseload alongside some highways work
- Section 106 agreements
- Planning enforcement's
- Certificates of lawfulness
- General advice
The ability to attend planning committee once a month would be desirable, however fully remote requests will also be considered.
