AddressThe team have capacity for full-time hours but part-time applicants will be considered, and the rate is between £50 - £60 per hour (negotiable subject to PQE.)
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Handling a mixed caseload of Planning and Highways matters, including attending meetings and advising Council Officers and Members in regards to legal issues, governance and procedure
- Drafting and advising s.106 agreements, CIL, certificates of lawful use and advising on other planning related matters
- Advising on, drafting and completing highways agreements, including deeds of dedication and footpaths orders
