Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer to join a local authority based in the West Midlands on a locum basis. The role will be for an initial 3-6 months, pending permanent recruitment.
The successful Litigation Lawyer will be able to 'hit the ground running' and carry a caseload of varied litigation matters which will may include matters such as:
- Health and Safety
- Food safety
- Fraud, including benefit fraud and trading standards
- Licencing
- Housing
- Employment
Please note that some court attendance is required where necessary.
