Form of workVivid Resourcing are working with a Local Authority in the South West looking for a principal litigation solicitor to join the litigation & property team!
Day-to-day: run a caseload, whilst managing the litigation team. This will involve complex litigatious & non-litigious matters, including ASB, employment, licensing, education appeals, debt recovery, judicial review, general civil work, criminal prosecutions, etc. You will be assisted by legal assistants and the business support team.
- Must have extensive litigation experience in the above matters, ideally within Local Authority, but the wider public sector and private practice candidates will be considered
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
