Job description

Vivid Resourcing are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a prosecutions//Litigation Lawyer to join their team!

Day-to-day: trading standards prosecutions, environmental health, fly-tipping, plannign enforcement, enforcement notices, a small amount of licensing & all related Court work
Contract length: 3-month rolling contract
Rate: up to £50ph (may be negotiable dependent on experience)
Attendance: Court attendance + once per week office attendance - the rest is remote working
Start date: ideally ASAP
