g2 Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join a well-respected and friendly local authority in the North West.

The ideal Property and Planning Lawyer will cover all areas of both Property and Planning law. 

• Work on behlaf of clients buying or selling houses, flats, business premises or land in England and wales. 
• The candidate will deal with all the legal matters,administration, finance and queries involved in property transaction. 

Although full time availability is desirable, candidates offering part time availability will be considered.
