Form of workWe are working with a Local Authority in Wales who are looking for an experienced locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team!
The ideal candidate will be capable with autonomous working, dealing with everything from landlord and tenant through to disposals.
The role:
- Full-time
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Weekly office attendance
- Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior local authority experience.
