Property Lawyer - London
Vivid Resourcing currently working with a Local Authority in London who are currently looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team!
The role: 
- Dealing with: leases, licenses and landlord & tenant based work.
- Maternity Leave Cover, so initial contract is 9-12 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter
- Hybrid working with ideally weekly attendance 
- Full-time hours ideally, but open to minimum 4 days or condensed hours
The ideal candidate will have prior Local Authority experience and will be between 1-5 years PQE!
