Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large and friendly team within a highly regarded local authority on a largely remote basis.
The Commercial Property Lawyer would have the support of 2-3 other lawyers who specialise in Commercial Property work, alongside administration support and the direct line manager.
As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including but not limited to:
- New leases and lease renewals
- Licenses and sales and purchases of land
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Disposals and acquisitions
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on an largely remote working basis, and will join the team for an initial 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension. All necessary IT will be provided by the end client.
Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
