Position: In-House Commercial Property Lawyer (Part-Time)
Location: Norfolk Region (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £52,000 FTE plus bonus and excellent benefits
Experience: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' experience
Working Hours: Part-time (around three days a week, flexible hours)

Our client based in the Norfolk region is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer to join in-house legal team on a part-time basis. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, excellent benefits, and good flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial leases, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.
• Manage the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.
• Oversee way-leaves and deeds.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Property
• Exposure of commercial leases, property acquisition, and disposal processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
