Although food safety involves everybody in the food chain as the Hygiene Manager you will be the leader working with your stakeholders to deliver top tier standards with a right first time approach and audit ready mentality.
The role will be involved in managing the Hygiene department with a team of Hygiene Operatives and Team Leaders reporting into the position.
You'll be ensuring all customer hygiene standards are achieved and providing expert advice on hygiene matters, budget responsibility, strong knowledge of chemical usage.
You'll be working closely with your stakeholders and encourage ideas and innovations that will drive efficiency improvements.
It is essential that you have experience managing a large number of teams, BRC, Chemical knowledge, IOSH, COSHH, Auditing and Retailer standards.
