Logistics People are looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team.

Location: Desborough 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available (must be willing to work flexible hours)

Pay Rate: £11.18 P/hr PLUS Overtime – £16.78

Logistics People are currently recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join our Team in Lillyhall, based at our Great Bear site. 

*** 3 Months minimum warehouse experience ***

What does working as a Cleaner for Logistics People involve?

• To be an essential part of the Warehouse team by ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse facilities.
• To show support & compliance to site and regulatory H&S standards and practices.
• Housekeeping
• Emptying warehouse bins, but also outside bins incl. smoking shelter
• Operating compactor
• Driving scrubber/sweeper to keep warehouse shopfloor clean from debris 
• Spillage control
• Must be proactive and have a hands on approach. 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Must be able to work independently
• Previous Hygiene experience is beneficial but not essential
