An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Wellingborough Flour Mill. We are looking for a Hygiene and Pest Control Coordinator. This is a pivital role within site, reporting to the site and compliance manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Hovis team members covering all internal and external areas along with all internal machinery hygiene requirements including the completion of all records, schedules and reports as required.
Key responsibilities.
Develop, engage and optimise the sites hygiene resources to achieve the Hovis internal and independent accreditation standards for hygiene in the most effective (safe / food safe/ compliant)/ best value way.
- Daily allocation, direction and management of the hygiene resources to complete the existing schedules.
- Ensure the procurement,maintenance, stock levels and availability of all tools, equipment and cleaning mediums to complete the hygiene and pest control schedules and conditions to standard
- Complete data entry as required to ensure compliance and maintenance of all relevant company system
What do you need to have:
Essential
- Good people management and engagement skills (recognised accredited qualification- CMI – NVQ)
- Knowledge and experience of hygiene
- Understanding of manufacturing process
- Experience of stock control and ordering
- Knowledge of companies operating systems
- Good IT competency including all Microsoft office applications
- Able to make and take informed decisions required to meet objectives and deadlines
- Manages administrative tasks in an organised and accurate manner
