Hygiene Team Leader

The Best Connection Group are seeking a Hygiene Supervisor to work at one of our major clients on Carnaby Industrial Estate.
The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday with hours to agree depending on experience. Must have factory based experience and be food safety aware. Overview: The Hygiene Supervisor shall oversee the hygiene operation on site, with support from our hygiene service provider and the Management team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that agreed staffing levels are maintained. Ensure that all personnel pursue safe working practices. Ensure that the Hygiene System is robust to comply with BRCGS standards. Maximise the use of resources under their control and the personnel reporting to them. Working with the operations supervisor - review and ensure the site CIC’s are up to date and accurate. Complete daily/weekly/monthly hygiene records for audit purposes. Ensure conduct is maintained at all times and Company Rules are being followed. Ensure that personnel are adequately trained to perform the tasks requested of them. To ensure that the Company’s requirements for Food Safety are being met. Ensure that good housekeeping procedures are being followed throughout all aspects of the operation. Be involved in recruitment programmes for the hygiene department. Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by any other Manager. Call our dedicated Industrial team today for more information.
