• Act as first point of contact for customers• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services• Book in cars for MOT's and service• Liaise with workshop vehicle technicians• Communicate with customers in a professional manner• Maintain high level of Customer Service• Perform general ad hoc duties• Study towards Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard• Achieve Level 2 maths and English functional skills• Attend regular in-dealer review and assessment visits
Requirements
• Level 2 maths and English functional skills• Apprenticeship standard in Customer Service Practitioner• IMI level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for the Automotive Industry• ATA Accreditation Customer Service Advisor• Bespoke Hyundai certified training
