Your new company
You will be joining a specialist and established insurance organisation that operates in the Lloyd\'s of London and international markets. Part of a close-knit team in finance, you will report to the CFO. You will be based in their modern City of London office.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for performing reconciliation and process activities including cash posting/allocation, Bank Reconciliation, Client & Insurer Payments, Client Money Calculations and Bordereaux. You will be involved in credit control, managing the reporting of creditors, managing controls and documentation, supporting audit requests and building relations with internal brokers.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in IBA, credit control and reconciliation. You will need to be a confident communicator, mature and mature, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will have great attention to detail and strong analytical, critical thinking and judgement skills. You will have experience using Accounting software such as Xero, Sage or SAP, and be able to use Excel to an intermediate level (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs).
