About the Role:
We are in search of an inspiring ICT Director to play a vital role in our organisation. As the successful candidate, you will oversee the quality of teaching in secondary ICT in all of our schools, and guide student progress and attainment at GCSE and A level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to implement outstanding teaching and learning practices across our diverse range of schools.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of effective strategies for raising attainment and achieving excellence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support continuous professional development (CPD) for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with Directors in other subject areas to enhance the overall educational experience.

Key Skills:
- Experience of implementing systems and processes
to aid learning, teaching and student development - An outstanding classroom practitioner
- Experience and confidence in working with and
engaging with parents and partner high schools - Management and experience of curriculum innovation
- Ability to teach your subject to GCSE and A level
- Working knowledge of Ofsted framework and
protocol - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent communicator - sensitive and effective
- Able to establish good working relationships with
a wide range of people including students, parents,
governors and colleagues - Knowledge, skill and intelligent use of strategies to
inspire and improve outcomes for students - Outstanding organisational skills to ensure efficient
and effective operation - Confidence and experience in the use of ICT for
learning, teaching and admin
Qualifications :
- Qualified teacher status
- First degree or equivalent
- Evidence of continuing professional development
