How you'll make a difference
We’re creating and evolving digital services for the public and our staff. These include delivery of websites and portals with a focus on user experience that is heavily influenced by GDS standards.
This role sits within our Development practice and works as part of a multidisciplinary Agile Development team. It is primarily focussed on applying strong Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development skills to deliver user-centred products.
You'll design, configure and develop case and customer management solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and associated Power Platform and Azure capabilities. (We have built a standard platform and set of patterns based on the Dynamics 365 platform and are now extending its application to address a wider range of business and customer needs. Our approach includes a customer-facing experience built with Power Apps Portals and Azure AD B2C and integrations to business systems via Azure Service Bus and Logic Apps.) You will be part of the team building this out further to more services across the council.
