Position:Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Basingstoke (2-3 days per week)
Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect for a 12-month contract, working on a critical project for the UK Ministry of Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop and enforce IDAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IDAM-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IDAM technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IDAM Architect, preferably in a government or defence environment.
• Strong understanding of IDAM principles, frameworks, and technologies.
• Experience with IDAM solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IDAM.
