IDVA Service Manager
Location: Mid and West Wales
Salary: £29,500-£31,690 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Brook Street Social Care are working in partnership with a well-known domestic abuse charity. Their mission is to provide comprehensive services that empower survivors and contribute to the eradication and safety of those who are victims of domestic abuse. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as an IDVA Service Manager.
As the IDVA Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 16 Independent Domestic Violence Advisors, across Mid and West Wales. The role involves strategic planning, quality assurance, and effective management.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Partnership Working: Proven experience in collaborating with external organisations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Quality Assurance: A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to implement and maintain high standards within the IDVA service.
Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of IDVAs.
Strategic Planning: Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance the impact and reach of our services.
The role offers hybrid working options, allowing you to work from any local office or home.
While an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) qualification is desirable, it is not essential. The candidate can work towards obtaining this qualification on the job.
