Reed Financial Services are pleased to be representing a well-established Wealth Management and Accountancy firm based in Worthing, hoping to find talented new members of staff for their Head Office.
Due to business growth and demand, our client is looking to employ a new Financial Services Administrator to work closely with Paraplanners and Advisers at the firm, liaising with clients and providers to help provide a first-class service. Please note this role has a provisional start date of mid to late April, and will not be an immediate start.
The business is a long-standing financial advice firm, which has recently celebrated its 100th year giving advice to clients . This role would be perfect for someone with proven experience in a Financial Services admin role, who is looking to advance their Financial Services career.
Core experience/competencies required –
- Previous experience in a Financial Services Administration role, to include letter of authority and new business applications.
- Financial Services back-office system experience (Intelligent Office preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate adaptability and be happy to take on new challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence to speak to clients, providers and all levels of employees.
Day to day responsibilities would include –
- Contacting providers by phone and email to chase up for requested information
- Completion of application forms, new client forms & related admin
- Preparing documentation and valuations for the Financial Adviser’s
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post as necessary
- Preparing client letters and emails
- Assisting with admin matters, such as photocopying/ scanning and keeping client records up to date
- Maintaining and updating the back-office system with accuracy
- AML checks & verification
Successful applicant would be based in the office full-time during an initial probationary period, after which hybrid-working would be available.
The generous remuneration package being offered includes the following –
- £23k - £27k annual salary, depending on experience.
