The successful individual will be joining an award winning firm who are renowned for encouraging ongoing development for all staff and are offering an excellent chance to really progress in your career within the industry.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide full support to a small team of Independent Financial Advisers
• Liaising for clients, providers and other 3rd parties
• Processing new business
• Creating meeting packs
• Dealing with LOAs and the post
• General office administration

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 12 months experience working as a financial planning administrator
• Existing knowledge of pensions and investments
• Those with Intelligent Office experience would be of most interest
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail
