As their new IFA Administrator you will play a pivotal role in our client-focused approach to financial planning. You'll be a key support figure, responsible for assisting our Independent Financial Advisors in ensuring seamless client interactions and administrative efficiency.Responsibilities:
- Collect and organise client information for meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, proposals, and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing client transactions and maintaining records
- Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and any third parties
- Support advisors in managing their schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups
- Contribute to streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency
You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
