My client is an independent firm of Financial Advisors and due to an increase in their financial enquiries are now looking to strengthen their Client Support team with another experienced IFA Administrator. This successful firm provides whole of the market Financial Advice across pensions, investments, and protection with a client base stretching across the Southeast into the City. Having worked with the Business for a number of years, we have seen significant growth in all areas within the Financial Planning cycle.

** Providing an exemplary service to both new and existing Clients
** Varied role ranging from letter drafting, email and document management, preparing for client meetings/reviews, servicing new business, any special project work, attending any required meetings, ensuring back-office records are kept up to date through to assisting colleagues during busy times.
** Team is fully rewarded for their commitment and dedication to the business
** Experience of Intelligent Office and 3 years’ experience within an IFA Admin role required
** Study Support for RO exams provided if required
** Both full and part time options will be considered
