Due to growth and demand they seek additional support within their back-office team and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Part time administrator with Financial services experience to join their close knit cohesive team where everyone works collectively together and complement each other.

This IFA Administrator role will invovle;
• Producing relevant valuation reports and preparing review packs for client review meetings
• Processing new business, tops ups to existing business, and general servicing requests from clients such as withdrawals.
• Holding responsibility for updating and maintaining client database, and company records.
• Monitoring and controlling your own workload ensuring targets and time bound work is achieved within agreed parameters.
• Checking and processing client correspondence for accuracy.
• Answering phones and liaising with clients and third parties.
• Aiding with the collation of suitability reports, including ordering quotations, obtaining application forms, key features, and fund fact sheets from life company (via telephone or website).
• Ensuring all compliance procedures are followed.
• Working closely with aligned IFAs to deliver first class service to clients.

We’re looking for people who have:
• Relevant financial services administration experience gained from working within a Financial Planning/Independent Financial Adviser organisation.
• Good experience of using a wide variety of wrap platforms. As well as new business processing, you’ll be competent in placing trades on platforms to facilitate portfolio/fund switching and withdrawals.
• Experience of using back-office client management systems.
• Good financial services industry knowledge and a real desire to provide all-important quality support to clients. You’ll be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• CFP 1-5 (or equivalent) or working towards, preferrable but not essential.
What’s in it for you?
• Hours required are 3 to 3.5 days per week (c 20-25 hours per week)
• Up to £30,000 pa (depending on experience and qualifications) plus discretionary bonus
• 23 days holiday plus public holidays (pro rata), increasing to 25 days (pro rata) after 2 years’ service, and 28 days (pro rata) after 5 years’ service
