Ifa Client Support Associate

This IFA Client Support Associate job is available for experienced individuals keen to support Financial Advisers deliver excellent service to clients

As an IFA Client Support Associate, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors through carrying out high quality research and writing detailed reports. In addition, your duties will include:

• Smooth onboarding of new clients and management of existing client relationships
• Delivering day-to-day technical tasks by identifying what’s required, what’s outstanding and working with the Advisers, other team members or undertaking the action yourself
• Preparing the suitability report ready for Financial Adviser approval
• Provide regular updates to the Financial Advisers in respect of their pipeline
• Ensuring all business is processed in a client centric and compliant manner
• Dealing with client and provider correspondence in relation to business processing
• Maintain and improve client relationships through client calls and email engagement

IFA Client Support Associate Requirements

• You should have experience of supporting Financial Advisers
• You should have experience of reviewing fact-finds and preparing suitability reports
• You should ideally hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent or be working towards this

IFA Client Support Associate Benefits

• Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off and post probation, DIS, private medical insurance and auto-enrolment pension
• 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am - 3pm Friday
• Office based with discussion for WFH arrangement post probation
