IFA / Project Administrator
Salary is between £24,000 - £28,000

NJR Recruitment are currently working on an exclusive basis for a credible firm of Financial Planners in the Herat of Altrincham. A new opportunity is now available for an IFA / Project Administrator to join their expanding team. Working from beautiful offices, the successful Candidate will ideally come from a background of working for a firm of Financial Planners, a Product Provider or from a Retail Bank.
Most of the work will be project based work, and will include;
Ongoing advice switch off
- Running reports from Sales force for clients with a household funds under management of less than £100k - sending lists to adviser
Reallocation
- Running reports in Sales force for each adviser and total clients that they manage
- Working with advisers to reallocate some clients to other advisers (to make the number of clients managed per adviser more equal)
- This involves making sure that the client handover to new adviser is done correctly from a communication with client perspective but also a physical move of the sales force record to the new adviser.
Corporates and Trusts
- Ensure all trusts and corporate clients are linked to relevant households in sales force
- Sales force updates, for example, transferring clients from adviser to adviser and arranging takeover of clients from other SJP practices
To apply for the role candidates should be incredibly organized, be able to prioritise and to juggle a busy workload / multiple projects. You will have good data input skills and attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills (stakeholders are predominantly clients and advisers). Candidate must have strong Excel skills, and be confident with sorting and analysing data.
