IFA Sales Support Administrator Salary: £28k - £30k great benefit package Location: Hove (Hybrid working - 2 days per week office based) Hours: Full time - 9am -17.30pm Do you want to work for a highly reputable and friendly wealth management organisation that offers great training, further study, and career progression? If so, I have an ideal role for you based out of their Hove office within their Sales Support team. You will already have a proven administrative background within financial services/insurance and thrive in a busy working environment. Responsibilities: Providing administrative support for the financial advisers and Paraplanners. Update and manage the diary system. Format and prepare letters and documents. Support advisers in managing their pipeline and portfolio of business, Prepare files for compliance checking. Maintaining client records on the inhouse system. Filing, scanning, and photocopying. Manage client reviews inclusive of client valuations. Liaise with internal and external clients by telephone and email. Prepare client reports, in relation to pension, investments and any other financial planning. Adhere to FCA regulations and compliance. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: Strong administrative background ideally within financial services/FCA regulated environment. Great communication and organisation skills. Ability to prioritise your workload effectively and meet strict deadlines. Good IT skills and knowledge of Intelligent Office would be an advantage.
