Job description

My client is urgently looking for someone who can join their Funding Team to provide an efficient, accurate and timely funding service to our retailer network and the sales force, by communicating in a professional manner and maintaining a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To ensure new business documentation is processed accurately within company procedures and service levels, whilst maintaining quality customer care.
  • To check documents and analyse underwriting requirements to ensure correct funding in accordance with the terms of acceptance.
  • Liaise with the client network, sales force, underwriters and other departments to ensure all documents and queries are dealt with in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
  • To resolve “snagged” documents effectively by liaising with the client network, the manufacturer and other departments within the organisation, via the telephone and written communication.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls within agreed service levels whilst maintaining customer service standards.
