Location - Northampton
Duration - Temp to perm
Role of a Customer Service Advisor
* Deal with customers, suppliers, and members of the public
* Booking deliveries
* Manage own generic email
* Process orders
* Support other departments eg: operations, sales etc.
* Deal with customer queries
