We are a passionate team focused on providing our clients with relevant information. We are based in Nottingham centre and operate a hybrid model of working to continue a collaborative and professional team environment.
About the Role
As a Implementation Manager your purpose is to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Analysing and resolving complex issues related to client accounts and transactions. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, manage client expectations, and provide recommendations for product and service enhancements. Your focus on client satisfaction and attention to detail will drive success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.
- Coordinating and implementing client service delivery strategies.
- Conducting regular client meetings and providing status updates on project progress.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Operations Manager and team ensuring our Support runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
- Have knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Have an impressive investigative and analytical skill set.
- Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be able to analyse data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction and delivery.
