What's on offer

With a career as an Implementation Support Officer, every day will be different from the next. Each day presents the opportunity to engage in meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference to the clients' lives and your career.

What You'll Do

As a valuable member of the Programme delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that end users consistently adhere to expectations and processes as part of project delivery. Your responsibilities include ensuring that deadlines and milestones are achieved within the required timescales and budget.

Daily collaboration with operational teams, supporting and training them through new ways of working and project delivery, will be a key aspect of your role. You will also closely work with branches utilising different systems and processes. Whether working on-site or offsite, you will maintain the same high level of support.

What You'll Get

We provide thorough training and the opportunity to develop through self-directed learning, coaching conversations, e-learning modules, and access to further qualifications and courses.

You'll have the support to advance your career, either within your branch or the broader group. We empower you to take pride in the impactful and meaningful work you do.

In addition, you'll receive a benefits package that includes wellbeing resources, financial advice, and up to a 14% discount at over 40 retailers, including Tesco, John Lewis, and more.

We also offer:

  • 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
  • Occupational Maternity Pay & Adoption Pay
  • Occupational Paternity Pay*
  • Death in Service Payment*
  • Occupational Sick Pay
  • NEST pension scheme (subject to terms and conditions and qualifying period)

What You Need

As a dynamic, confident, and natural communicator, you will have the ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, demonstrating the ability to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment without constant supervision. You should also possess the ability to produce high-quality process/training documentation and have full accountability for the success of your work. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, are crucial, with healthcare experience being beneficial.
