An exciting career opportunity has emerged for a Transformation and Improvement Manager at a pivotal time of change and innovation. This 6-month project high-profile transformation program is aimed at enhancing services for our community.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about driving forward ambitious programs focused on innovation and improvement. This is a hybrid role with an office in Lyndhurst, near Southampton.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive an ambitious transformation program, emphasizing innovation and service improvement.
- Coordinate large-scale change projects, ensuring alignment with principles that support a future New Forest.
- Introduce and manage effective initiatives that transform operational processes, achieving improved service outcomes and budget savings.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, designing services around customer needs and supporting corporate priorities.
- Engage and empower staff to embrace changes through collaborative relationships and clear leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering complex organizational change programs and continuous improvement.
- A Finance background is not essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and empower teams.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a natural ability to take ownership of work.
