SalaryI am looking to speak to In-House or Private Practice Commercial Contract Solicitors who are looking for a move. If you want to work for an innovative and fast-paced Technology Company dealing with key contracts, then this could be the opportunity for you.
The position will give you the chance to:
- Work for a well-respected global organisation dealing with a variety of supplier and customer contracts
- The chance to work autonomously in a small knit team with full support given when required
- Work from home with only 2-3 days a week in the office, flexible hours are also available
You will review and negotiate bespoke and standard contracts dealing with customers, suppliers and distributors as well as advising on AOR and other credit agreements. Other duties will include working closely with internal stakeholders on associated commercial matters.
This role will suit a solicitor who qualified at a highly regarded Private Practice or an In-House Legal Counsel from a similar organisation. It will also be likely that you have worked in the technology sector or at least have clients in that area and have some exposure to data protection.
