Client based in Grimsby DN31
Full time position
9am - 5pm
£12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday & every other Saturday 3-4 hours
Overtime x 1.25 after 40 hours
Job Role:
As the E-commerce Order/Parcel Fulfillment Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards in order of fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing,
- Manage order processing workflow efficiently.
- Verify and prioritise orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service for issue resolution.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and levels.
- Implement inventory controls to prevent stock issues.
- Regularly reconcile digital and physical inventory.
Parcel Fulfilment
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Optimise shipping methods for cost-efficiency.
Quality Control
- Ensure accurate and quality order fulfillment.
- Address packaging and quality concerns.
- Maintain a well-organised fulfillment area.
Team Management
- Supervise and lead fulfillment associates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
Process Improvement
- Continuously enhance fulfillment processes.
- Explore automation and software solutions.
Customer Satisfaction
- Prioritise prompt and accurate shipping.
