Logistics People are looking for an Inbound Administrators to join our team.

Location: Telford 

Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off Days and Night Shifts Available 

Pay rate: £12.75 – £12.97 P/hr 

Logistics People are currently recruiting an Inbound Administrators to join our Team in Telford, based at our CML Site. 

What does working as an Inbound Administrator for Logistics People involve?  

• Liaising with the Shift Manager, Customer Services and Operations Manager;
• Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork;
• Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE;
• Releasing of pre-advising on SCE;
• Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices; 
• To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols;
• To communicate effectively with line managers;
• Order entry as required;
• Filing as required;
• Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets;
• Emailing EPODS to depots;
• Printing of European McBurney labels.
• Booking in trailers to the board
• Booking in visitors, contractors
• Completing yard sweeps with yard shunters
• Assisting with any other duties required

Experience / knowledge / specifications

• Administration experience; 
• Accuracy and attention to detail; 
• Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision;
• Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion; 
• IT skills – WMS and other systems, MS Office packages (especially Excel).
