Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with enquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• Responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call centre or Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Flexibility to work on-site during probation and hybrid thereafter.
