This is a full-time, permanent position for someone looking to build their career within Customer Services or Helpdesk.
Position - Help Desk Operator (inbound Customer Service)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service and technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Log all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of problems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a help desk or Customer Service role preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
About the Role:
Hours-37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday. No evenings.
1 in 4 weekends (2 days in lieu received)
