Day to Day of the role:- Handle a broad range of calls from customers, providing efficient and effective service.
- Engage with customers primarily via inbound calls, as well as through QMS, email, and webchat when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas to support our customers.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
- Stay informed about marketing and promotional activities.
- Accurately record all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
- Address 1st line complaints and undertake additional Customer Service-related business activities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative relationships.
- A commitment to ongoing personal development and learning.
- No weekend work with shift patterns available; hybrid working after training.
- Annual performance-related bonus of up to 3%.
