Salary We Are currently looking for a professional, inspiring and motivational InboundSales Team Leader to lead our clients highly successful, rapidly expanding team, who provide an excellent service to their customers.
The Successful Candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Sales Specialists to deliver and exceed sales targets and drive a great sales culture within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure achievement of targets
? Maintain quality assurance checks for each team member ensuring compliance and consistency
? Deliver daily sales meetings to inspire, motivate and set daily sales targets, feeding into weekly and monthly targets
? Create a strong sales culture within the Sales Teams and business
? Ensuring team queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
? Challenge normality by trialling new ways of working
? Drive and encouraging the company values throughout the team, always leading by example
? Collect, organise, and analyse sales data to generate insights and track KPIs
? Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to aid decision-making
? Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
? Manage performance and absence in line with HR processes
? Ensure that the Sales Team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards
? Lead recruitment to identify future sales talent

? Excellent time-management skills

? An excellent communicator at all levels, demonstrating the ability to deal with challenging conversations

? First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
? Numerate and articulate, well organised and reliable
? Comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment
? Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
? Competent excel user, and excellent IT skills
? Experience of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
? Experience in Coaching and Mentoring Sales Teams
? Strong project management skills and attention to detail
? Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
? Ability to evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity
